ARCHITECTURE

GreenView’s architectural design team implemented a timeless approach in the creation of a building that is simple, serene, and elegantly aware of its natural surroundings. The color palette selections feature delicate and understated earth tones, accentuating the harmony of landscape and lifestyle exemplified at GreenView on Barton Creek.

In an effort to highlight the unmatched views and sunsets of the Barton Creek Greenbelt, the building has been crowned by an observation deck for all residents to enjoy. GreenView is also adorned with locally sourced Lueders limestone, a modern cementous siding system, and custom-made balcony railings by local artisans.

The site is visually free from any parking structure with a gated underground garage providing shaded and convenient access to residential suites.


INTERIORS

The finishes are a serene modern collection of materials, textures, and hues that provide the perfect backdrop for your personal touch. The color palettes were inspired by GreenView’s landscape foliage, so the homes offer a seamless division between indoors and outdoors.

GreenView narrowed its focus to deliver what all Austinites really want – and that’s a Texas-sized pool.
